It’s always tricky with a fitted waist and woven fabric, but we’ve engineered a new adjustment system, applied Terry shaping to accommodate a cyclist’s unique muscle structure, finessed the length, and made it in two different fits (regular or relaxed). Next, we loaded it up with nicely organized pockets and added a full gusset through the crotch to avoid seam chafing. Sold with our stand-alone Universal Liner, you get the best of both worlds (padded or solo). Note: Regular fit is more streamlined through the hip, thigh, and leg.

Hi, I'm the Surly Lightweight Neck Toob. You might remember me from such films as “It's Cold! Don't Forget Your Neck Toob!" and “Look At This Thing, It Came From a Sheep!"
